The Personalized Treatment and Monitoring Package is the perfect solution for you getting the best care, if you’ve already had a good quality genetic panel tissue test, such as CARIS. If you haven’t had one of these tests yet, then either our Essentials or Premier Package will be better suited to you.
This package is for you if your doctor has already ordered you a comprehensive genetic panel test – such as CARIS or a similar quality genetic tissue panel test – and you want to cover all the bases and ensure that the data that’s been collected on your cancer is being reviewed thoroughly. You want to make sure you’ve left no stone unturned in identifying possible treatment options. And you want to make sure that you get the education, support and advocacy you need to access the best treatment that medical science can provide you at this time.
In addition to the test data you already have for us to review, this package includes coordination of the very best panel to check for any inherited mutations. This can profoundly benefit your treatment outcome by providing you with even more targeted treatment options, not to mention greater proof for getting medical plan and insurance coverage of treatment. It also includes our unique, personalized liquid biopsy treatment monitoring program.
Given the detail that your Broad Panel Genetic Testing provides, coupled with our goal to ensure you know about every possible option that will provide you with benefits greater than what you have currently been prescribed, our research team will engage in many hours of research for you. Your Personalized Treatment and Monitoring Package requires a significant amount of research. So our team needs 2-3 weeks to conduct your research and draft your treatment plan. And as that’s happening, you’ll have your first liquid biopsy test to give us our baseline reading for assessing your treatment efficacy.
After that, once you begin you new personalized treatment plan, you’ll have your next liquid biopsy test within 3 weeks. (We’ll coordinate everything for your test, no matter where you live. All you have to do is just sit still for a couple of minutes, give our nurse a few vials of blood, and you’re done!)

Your Monitoring Package Includes 4 Liquid Biopsy Tests
We’ve included 4 liquid biopsy tests with this package so that while you’re receiving your targeted treatment plan, you’ll have regular liquid biopsy tests to ensure that your treatment is working as well as it should be (and that you don’t get more doses than you need).
Beyond that, you can add more ongoing monitoring so that you catch any recurrence of cancer as early as possible. This gives you an even better chance to beat cancer for good.
You can also choose to add on our Annual Monitoring program for Early Recurrence Detection. This means that every year, we’ll coordinate a simple blood draw and we’ll test your blood to see if the amount of cells carrying the cancerous mutation have gone up or stayed the same.
If they’ve increased, we know that cancer is developing and we can begin a targeted therapy regime immediately – often years before the cancer would be detectable on a standard diagnostic panel, including imaging technologies like CT scan and even PET/CT scan.
If your levels have stayed the same, then you know – with confidence! – exactly what is going on in your body and that your cancer is not making a comeback.
